Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with Luxurea™.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK USA & EU consumer regulations. Some products are eligible for returns within 90 days of delivery, please view product pages as this will be clearly stated.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened devices cannot be accepted for return unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence so we can assist you promptly.

We may offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.


Return shipping

Customers will be provided with a return label which should be used to return items if they have arrived faulty or incorrect.
