All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services to ensure visibility and peace of mind from dispatch through to delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time (Worldwide): 5 - 10 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors such as courier handling or peak periods. Most orders arrive within the stated timeframe.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days
- Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details
Tracking Updates
All Luxurea™ all orders include tracked shipping. You will be emailed your tracking number once your order is shipped.
Please note:
- Tracking activity may appear shortly after dispatch
- Updates will become more frequent as the parcel moves through the delivery network
This is normal and does not affect delivery.
Delivery Partners
Orders are delivered via established courier partners, with final delivery completed locally within your destined country/region.
While uncommon, delays may occasionally occur due to operational factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, our support team will be happy to assist.
